Terms of Ordering

Your order

Your order is a request until the restaurant accepts it. The order page shows when it has been accepted. If we can't make something, we will call you.

Pickup

Orders are for pickup only at our restaurant. The pickup time is our best estimate and may change when we are busy; the order page shows the latest time. If you can't make it, please call us.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel, call us as soon as possible. Once we have started cooking we may not be able to cancel. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price on the website is wrong, or we can't reach you; we will call you first.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may differ from dine-in prices. Ontario HST of 13% is added at checkout and shown before you order. Food orders of $4.00 or less pay 5% GST only, as Ontario law provides.

Pay cash in store: when you choose to pay cash at pickup, you get 10% off your food (before tax). The discount is for cash payments only. If you pay another way at pickup, the regular price applies.

Reward discounts and the cash discount are taken off before tax. Tips are optional, are never taxed, and go to our staff.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies in the order notes and when you pick up. Our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish, gluten, soy, eggs, sesame and other allergens, so we cannot promise any dish is free of them.

Problems with your order

If something is wrong or missing, call us or come back to the counter and we will fix it.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep this website working and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
