Our Story
Fancy Chinese Cuisine serves the Cantonese food Markham families grow up on: dim sum made to order, wok-fried noodles and rice, and the big celebration dishes, all from one kitchen on Kennedy Road.

Har gow, siu mai, rice rolls and BBQ pork buns go into the steamer when your order comes in, not hours before. Weekday mornings until 3:15 pm, with a separate weekend list.

Dry-fried beef ho fun, Singapore vermicelli, sweet and sour pork with pineapple. Cantonese stir-fries cooked hot and fast, the way regulars have ordered them for years.

Peking duck two ways, live lobster with e-fu noodles, steamed whole fish. Family combos for four to six, party trays and banquet menus for birthdays, holidays and Mid-Autumn.

A plaza spot at 7750 Kennedy Rd with easy parking, open seven days from 10 in the morning. Order online, and your food is bagged and waiting when you pull in.
Close to 1,900 Google reviews, and most of them mention the same thing: regulars who bring the whole family and order the same dishes every time. Order direct here and the restaurant keeps every dollar.
