Joining

Tick "Join Fancy Rewards" at checkout. Your mobile number is your account: one account per number. You must be 13 or older.

Earning points

You earn 10 points for every full $1 you spend on food in online orders, after discounts and before tax and tip. New members get 500 welcome points, and members who add a birthday get 300 points once. Points are added when you place the order and may be removed if the order is cancelled.

Using points

Choose a reward at checkout to take it off that order. Rewards are taken off before tax.

Points have no cash value

• Points and rewards can't be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person.
• Points are not property and have no value outside this program.
• Unused points may expire if an account has no orders for 12 months.

Changes

We can change how many points you earn, what rewards cost, or end the program. We will post changes here at least 30 days before they take effect, and if the program ends you will have at least 30 days to use your points.

Misuse

We may remove points or close an account that is used to get rewards unfairly, for example with orders that are never picked up.
